Aftermarket iPhone/iPod Connector
16-11-2010, 04:10 PM
Just picked up a Z4MC, but unfortunately it doesn't have an iPhone connector for the stereo.
Are there any reasonably priced aftermarket products available?
Thanks

alpine and parrot both do blue tooth connectors which can be hidden
you need to upgrade your software to the latest version to make the blue tooth quality

Wallachie, stop following me around!
What happened to your z3mc?
Anyway, does your car have bluetooth?
If so, BMW do an iphone adapter that slots in.

Haha!
I sold the Z3 ages ago, a member here has it now.
Yeah the Z4 has bluetooth, any further details on the adapter? Where does it slot in?

That only charges the phone and synchronises it with the screen for phone functionality, it doesn't link it for music unfortunately.
My mate installed an Intravee system in his E46 M3 which seems to be the job, might look at that.
