Any thoughts?

I'm talking about a similar idea to what Tim has done at http://www.zroadster.net/forum/portal.php instead of a "traditional" font page.

Seems a bit cluttered to me. I think the way it is at the moment is straightforward and a bit 'easier on the eye'.

I think it's a good idea. Less clicking about and the great thing about portals is once you have used it a few times and got round the 'cluttered' look it makes a lot of sense.

The BBC website could be considered cluttered but if your a regualr visitor it's great...

I rarely look at anything other than the forum entries, which is what I have marked in my bookmarks (favourites).

I think this is because (no offence intended) the www.z3mcoupe.com page is very bland, so I agree that something different might be worthwhile. I also agree with LordeRyall that the http://www.zroadster.net/forum/portal.php looks a bit cluttered, so perhaps some middle ground?
