Ivo, what do you reckon of the roads in Scotland :?:

I had a short driving holiday in Scotland last October but didn't quite get to Ullapool (as far as Inverness though). I MUST go back :!:

I've done 2600 km's in 6 days and I must say: I love Scotland

Especially around Fort William, nice roads and amazing views 8)

It's amazing that you can drive fast for over miles and miles without any problems 8) 8)

However, on the A1 back we got 4 free photo souvenirs

Nice meeting you 8)Hi Ivo,
Nice to meet you also… your picture of the three M Coupés came out well. I have foolishly left my camera USB cable at home, so it will be a few days before I can post my pics.

I also felt the roads were great, especially Duke's Pass on the last day.

Sorry to hear about your souvenir photos on the A1, I assume you got carried away with the excitement of going home

I'll identify myself as the guy in the Estoril MC giving the Highlanders a wave, just south of Fort William. I was at the end of a week in the area for about the 20th year in succession - can't get enough of the roads up there.

Did any of you guys drive over The Lecht towards Balmoral? The most awesome downhill bit of road in the UK :!:

Don't think so: but to be honest I tended to be in the middle of whatever wing I was allocated to, following the leader of the wing who generally knew where he was going (although there were a couple of detours, aka taking the scenic route… that's what happened, isn't it, Jules  )
