I was treated to a free days driving at Oulton yesterday, if you get any chance to go on one of these days I'd highly recommend it. Format as follows:
Quad Biking through a forest - nice muddy tracks with little restriction.
4 x 4 through the same forest in Nissan Pathfinder - Interesting.
Karting - Never fails to be good fun.
Rallying - rwd Escort Cosworths on the slippiest tarmac around, drifting for England, you were encouraged to 'Drive it like you stole it'.
Clio 182 circuit training - A little tame after the rallying.
Palmer Sport Audi Single seater - Unusual at first but once in the swing, really good fun with loads of grip
Caterham 7 Autotest - Lots of smoke!!!
In all a great day out, and a day off work. My arms still ache from those Karts though. I only wish I had enough time and cash to do something like this properly!! :P :P :P
