Just picked mine up yesterday from the dealer after having the cd changer replaced and a fix to the rear wash wipe.

Drove for about 30 mins and then was met with a very disturbing misfiring and an engine warning light.

Dealers picked it up and sorted it same day - pretty bloody good to be honest.
Turned out to be engine coils - at around 340 + vat at warranty rates - more to the man on the street.

Thankfully I do have a warranty or I'd be very bloody annoyed I can tell you.

I wonder what that would cost to get done at an indy.

do you mean ignition coils??

it seems a very large coincedence that this problem occurred so soon after they had the car! glad its all sorted anyway

more of a conincidence that all of them have gone at once! there is a coil pack for each cylinder and each one is identical, if its a misfire then its like to be only one of them that has gone.

ahh yeah, may have meant ignition coils - just repeating what the dealer said.

I thought it was a coincidence as well seeing as they were doing something to the exhaust.

Having said that its all running ok now.

Oh except for the fact that the rear wiper no longer moves.

Back in on Monday then... :(
