Only had my MC for 4 weeks, and no kowledge of local (Glasgowish) specialists outwith the usual dealers and their outlandish hourly rates. Can anyone assist on here?Car running perfectly, no problems and great fun.As an aside, drove past another Estoril Blue MC yesterday in Glasgow, that's a first, in any colour!

There is a place in law called BM motors that alot of people swear by on the Scottish regional forum on the BMW car club site. http://www.bmwcarclubforum.co.uk/forum_posts.asp?TID=31131&PN=1

JKE11Y,

Cool plate mate. I have told both my Sister in law and Mother in law about this as their names are both J. Kelly.

They are gutted with jelousy as both are consdering a P.Plate.

cheers.

Thanks a lot Gav, Gerry and David, I will investigate the mechanics as required, at present, treating the car with kid gloves, sad, I know, but not yet used to the lovely thing! alas, JKE11Y was a no. plate I owned for 7 years, but no more. The police in Largs where I lived at the time, were more content on no. plate spacing, than actually catching some wrongdoers, so it went.To a John Kelly down in Wiltshire, wish I hadn't sold it though! My son has just purchased DE56GNER, We are all designers in this Kelly family!! Thanks again,
James

I agree with the George Morrison verdict. Good guy.

Also try Peter McKanna at Motortune in Shotts. He's very experienced and well priced. If you have to get main dealer stuff, Henry Bros trounce Fairbain's in just aboiut every way.

Enjoy.
