At Prodrive (soon to be their F1 HQ) facility near Warwick with 3 tracks.
1 Basalt tiles - start at 10,20,30, or 40! mph on the dry runup and then hit the wet section. The idea is to swing the car 45 degrees one way then the other down this 300ft 'black ice' section. Whatever you do the car continues on the slide down to the end.
This is a CSL with £17k of mods losing it! http://www.z3mcoupe.com/photopost/data/500/340prodrive_4.jpg
2 Tower Circuit formed out of a WW2 airfield; loads of runoff. About 2.3 miles with a good long straight and some clever bendy bits requiring a smooth technique. This instructor borrowed my car in a break period then told me it wasn't as 'well planted' as the z3m roadster he had driven earlier  .

3 Tight adverse handling circuit about twice the width of a car and similar to a go kart circuit. You can throw it around if you want but damaged car if you really lose it. My favourite part of the facility. Two other drivers stopped to puke up as a result of the 'twistiness' of it; sort of car sickness.
16 people allowed on the day with one instructor per 2 people. The instructors are pros and ex pros like Aaron Scott, James Winslow and Simon Trepass. They are very friendly and helpful.
Halfway through the day you all go off to a local pub where they buy you lunch and drinks. Then back and in the afternoon you choose which parts of the facility you use and for how long (like a kid in a sweet shop :D ).
The most fun I have ever had on a 'trackday'. At 4.30. you want to carry on driving into the evening; on most trackdays, by 4.30. you have had enough. Never held up by other cars or vice versa and the instructors let you do whatever you want, either taking it as an instructive day or just having fun. Did not stop smiling for a week.
I am going again and if any one person wants a £25 discount then I will share my £50 introduction discount with him. Cost £295 before discount. Post or PM me if interested.
