Anyone had any dealings with these guys. They look like a good outfit, but never having dealt with them, you never know.

Any feedback would be good,

I bought a Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo from them way back in 2001. Wasn't particularly impressed with anything they did. I noticed the exhaust was knackered a few days after i bought it and they didn't want to know (even after 12 month MOT that thay had just put on it).

They also were supposed to send my a copy of the HPi report for the car through the post which never happened.

They had some seriously tasty cars in the showroom as well when I went to visit which made me think they were a decent outfit.

Over score - 6/10... could do better but not as dodgy as some. The atermarket warranties they sell are a joke but no worse than 80% of the dealers out there.

take it you were interested in the silver z3mc they have?
did you go and visit? Its a long way from me but i'm considering it as the car looks and sounds quite tasty?

Yes I did. Decent place and the main guy seems honest enough. The car itself is in OK condition. The points to be watch are:

1. Slight rusting on the bottom of the boot and bottom skirt at rear (driver side)
2. Botched re-paint passenger side skirt (rear)
3. Passenger door sticks when opening

There were other minor parts all of which they said they would sort.

Interior was in good nick and it does look like it has been looked after.

I reckon you could get the price down by at least £1,000. Me I'm looking at a slightly newer (albeit more expensive) version.

That said, I am tempted with this one. It is worth a look. It took me about 1hr 30mins from Nottingham to get there.....

You seem to be my nemisis ...thanks for the advice but I bet you bought the AUC one in Tunbridge Wells? Botched paint job and sticking doors souns alarm bells to me!

No that was my girlfriend driving... Couldn't criticise as she was going me a favour, but I did feel like "Miss Daisy" :-D

I bought a black S54 on a private sale for £20,000 (a bit more then I wanted). Well looked after with 56K on the clock... The chap (who sadly passed away last weekend), had it as a second car. Drove it back from Clophill (Bedford) and I'm really chuffed with it...
