Post a couple of poss. dates and see which people prefer, lovely part of the country, almost as nice as where I live, ( but then I would say that ).

Ok
Saturday 14th July
Sunday 15th July
Saturday 28th July
Sunday 29th July
Im up for anytime of the day, but early morning / early evening there will be less caravans, cyclists and old farts driving at 25mph! So was thinking we could meet early or late.
Another time, maybe on a school nite, meet about 7pm then go for a blast, back in the pub for 10pm (summer only though)
Let me know....
yeah i might be up for that but cant do the 14th or 15th july.
i'd be up for that as well...never been to a meet before and have loads and loads of questions i want to ask...has to be before the 20th though as i'm off to Thailand

Steve1 and I live not too far from each other and would be coming about 120 miles for this. I'm sure that we'd be happy to start out very early for a good day's drive. Obviously this depends on the final date.

Definately be up for it if the date is right, can only make the 15th out of the dates above, you will be better off choosing a Sunday, from past experience these are more popular.

15th July
Let me know who's coming.
I will plan a route, and if anyone knows a good road let me know and i can include.
I'm at Cadwell Park the next day (Monday 16th) so might be sorting out my car that weekend but hopefully should be able to still make it.

Can I suggest that you get names of people that are going to attend and then PM/E-mail them the meeting place/route.
Not a good idea to publicise any gathering on the good old web these days.
