View Full Version : East London/Essex Indie
Can anyone recommend somebody in East London/Essex area please? Franchise dealers Sytner Chigwell are ok on the newer stuff (we have a newish 3 and 5 already) but would prefer a good indie for the MC that I think I am imminently about to buy!
Also forgot to mention I do know a VERY good local Porsche indie who I have used for years, HP Motorsport. Is there any reason a good Porsche tech should not be able to work on a MC? I dont think the MC is that complex? Guidance needed please..
No answers, so I guess no decent BMW indies in my part of town. I am going to give my car to my Porsche specialists for the brake job I plan on doing next week and will report back. I have used them many times in the past and cannot recommend them highly enough.
I think with a car like this it's very important to have a garage you can trust.

I've used SBS Eclipse based in Barking
Reasonable rates and sounds very knowledgable. Always a few ///M's there.
I had Insp II and f/r H&R ARB's fitted and DSC sensors checked all for £700
Ask for Sid.
A little further is Bexley Motor Works, good reputation
Thanks Gary,
What element of the total bill was the Inspection 2 if you know? With the 4+ program at a main dealer, there doesnt seem to be that much difference on the face of it??

I'll check the Invoice tomorrow and post then.
I was quoted in excess of £800 by Sytner Chigwell.
