Have taken a couple of cars there for regular servicing (z3mc, CSL) ...wouldn't have big opinions one way or the other to be honest, they did what I asked and nothing particularly more or less!

Some friends have less favourable reports, but if it's just a service you should be OK, make sure that they know it's just a service as labour rate is £125/hr I believe, charged one chap I know £200 to diagnose that the battery on his M3 was flat! (plus £100 for the battery)

That's right, they do most of the service on the day I drop the car and valve clearance on the next day but I won't be able to go then, so the car will stay with them 3 days

Fair enough, didn't think they did the valve clearance on an I1..just the I2...but if they are guess that's a bonus!
