View Full Version : Rear Speakers & Changing them

Hi guys, bit of help please.

I want to change the rear speakers and possibly the front to some better ones. I know the rear ones are 10cm components with tweeters. anyone receommend any decent sounding ones? and how easy is it to get to tehm?? do the grilles just pop off and your in??

Been a while but I replaced them with some jbl speakers, I also stuck a 2 inch piece of foam above them that the rear of the speaker cone squashed into a bit to aid sound proofing. Probably the size of dinner plates. Sounds alot better than original paper things!
Im only running a Sony head unit and pioneer component front speakers off the head unit but compared to the old things it is a much deeper / richer sound.

Easy to do too!!! Just be carefull popping grills off the roof.
