Plus a cheater bar/tube - piece of scaffold tube, just wear safety gloves so if you slip no skinned knuckles.

Good luck.

I fitted powerflex bushes (actually cheated and local garage fitted them ;-), i'm fairly sure they ended up dropping the whole rear beam. Also replaced the four rear wishbone bushes at the same time ( which were very tired.....). Along with new shocks absolutely transformed the rear end

No Dave..will probably get new subframe bushes and do the whole lot !
