The vast majority of trim from the front and back was missing. The damage hadn't be fixed as evidenced by major creasing behind the nearside shock tower. Bills for rectification of bent chassis rails from grounding, bonnet gap on nearside about 10mm or enough to fit your fingers in, bonnet catch doesn't, stiff passenger door, most panels have sanding marks in filler under the paint which is pretty bad on a black car. Incorrect brake disks, dark fluid and generally a bit shabby. Awful tinted glass.
There are a few others but that was just off the top of my head. Interior was minus some trim and I never drove it as it was so horrible so take of that what you will.

For sale again and now in Lancashire.

Evidence that it has poor repairs but this advert claims it was stolen and recovered !!

            First advert states:
'I did an HPI check when I bought the car last year for piece of mind, and also contacted the insurance databases. This showed that the car was recorded as damaged back in 2003 (cat d), with near side front damage, inner wing and bonnet were replaced The car was repaired at a reputable BMW garage'

New advert states : 'This car is sadly a Cat D due to being stolen recovered when it was less than 4yrs old, ...... please be assured that were it NOT a listed car then I assure you its value would be nearer £20-25k'

            Someone is bullS11iting!

Not sure what the "tilt steering wheel" feature is (unless the column is bent!) and the cruise control knob seems invisible.
S54 Titan Silver metallic. Black leather, most factory options including sunroof, Becker Cascade and Becker Silverstone changer.

The silver S50 looks ok though, no? As a potential buyer is there any reason I shouldn't bother taking a look?

                            Cheers

Best thing for the black cat D was someone to get it for £6.5-7k back in 2013 when it was original for sale and turn it into a track car. The creased chassis leg wouldn't be a problem (as long as the car is straight) if it was caged inc. the turrets.
