Saw this on another forum regarding Language set up,

" No worries on the English vs German language. You can change the language in the hidden preferences / setup. Hold the "m" button on the front for 10 seconds after turning the radio on, then scroll through the options with the arrow buttons. In there you can change the region from "EUROPE" to "US".

Also, if you do pick up one of these units, you may (most likely) get a 4 digit Euro unlock code with it -- as opposed to the 5 digit US style. This means that in order to use the 4 digit Euro code, the radio has to be in EUROPE mode. Once you're in US region mode, and disconnect the battery, the radio will prompt for a 5 digit code. Fortunately you can change between modes even while the radio is in the "locked" state. Just an FYI. "

Foreign markets may have different headunits fitted such as the reverse RDS

Japan /Australia coupes may be fitted with this headunit and would also use the Ai cd changer as units are ibus
