I need todo the headlights on my dad's car though for the MOT, they've gone really yellow, have some plastiX stuff just need to get a drill or something out to buff them up!

Problem with even breathing on the inside is that any marks will show up a lot and you won't be able to clean them when it's back together. Whenver I've split headlights in the past I've made doubly sure to not touch the insides, and sit them face up so dust doesn't fall on them.
