  • AA Autowindscreen

After a shocking experience with Autoglass (£1600 worth of damage of wivies Subaru) I was concerned when I split the coupes screen.

Anyway my insurers recommended repairer was AA Auto windscreens, the AA have recently bought this company and are slowly trying to up the quality of workmanship and customer service.

When the 1st chap they sent insisted that there is only 1 seal listed for both Roadsters and Coupes I started getting worried.... This as we know is WRONG Coupe seals are very different. I rang my local stealer and he comfirmed this so I sent the chap away.

Anyway spoke to the guys head office half an hour later, they had already ordered a BMW Coupe seal and genuine screen as they were now a bit worried about the whole thing.

SO IF YOU NEED TO GET A SCREEN REPLACED MAKE SURE THE CORRECT SEAL IS USED.

So 2 days later a different fitter turn up and I have to say he was excellent. VERY professional and totally focused on doing the job correctly no matter how long it was going to take. 2 hours later new screen perfectly fitted.
Love it hate it Marmite exterior, Jaffa cake interior... Perfect
