Maybe it has had interference with the mounting bolts etc

Need to replace it, if anyone does have one please let me know,...

Doing some work today, replacing a worn out viscous fan clutch and the replacing all belts and tensioners for box the aircon and aux belt.

However, the rear of one of the large pulleys is all wavy...

Just fitted a new throttle cable to my S50, as expected, some of the best money you can spend!

However, I've had to adjust the screw adjuster on the engine nearly out to get a true full throttle...

Pleased it came off so easily, replaced the old one which after 88k miles as in OK condition but showing some wear. On another car I have I had to resort to a hacksaw!
