  • STICKERS ARE HERE!!!

Ok guys, my mate Stu gave me a sample sticker to test it out, so I need you all to have a look and vote!

You will notice the sticker is fitted on the outside of the glass, this was purly a test one to see if the size, fonts and colour is correct. The final product will be designed to stick on the inside of the window.

I have taken a few pics to give you an idea of how they stick on and what it looks like from a distance. Also, you will notice that from the inside, it does not disrupt your rear view.

    Personally my vote is Yes.

If you vote No, please reply with your reason so we can look at making adjustments. If you vote Yes, no need to reply. I have set the poll to 5 days and will go with the majority.

        Stickers2

        Stickers3

Stickers4 This is a distant shot, I konw you can not read the writing, I just wanted to show that it did not make the back of the car look crap by having too bigger text size.

Looks good to me, but would favour the "offical" BMW font:

"The typeface to be used is the Helvetica semi-bold favoured by BMW."

          http://www.bmwmoa.org/clubs/LogoDesignGuidelines.htm
          http://www.google.com/search?q=bmw+typeface

Also, possibly have the www and com bits a little smaller than the z3mcoupe bit ? Nit picking I guess, but there we go !

Yes, Helvetica can be done. :)

The letters are all the same size except the number 3.

                Top effort Alex!

They look great and I agree that to have huge writing would just be tacky. Its nice and subtle and the silver stands out well.

                Cheers,

                      Thanks Lee! :)

We now have Helvetica Regular, Bold or Black. We can not find a semi-bold.

Personally I think the Helvetica Bold looks the best 8)

I've had a chat with Alex. Basically the stickers will work out at a couple of quid each. I was planning to buy a batch of 50 or so as that makes it worth his while and we're not messing him about asking for the odd one here and there.

I'll take the hit on the cost as I'm seeing it as an investment in advertising, albeit just the start. Then, if anybody wants one (or more), just send me an SAE and I'll get them in the post to you.

Unless anyone has any better ideas???
                        Cheers,
