Default Love almost everything about the car except for....

That bloody annoying buzzer that tells you you've left the lights on, chimes in as soon as you turn off the engine and the door is open. It's a horrible aggressive sound at the end of a nice drive.

Every time it gets me, certainly makes you shut the lights off though!

Its certainly a distinctive sound , I no longer use my lights to save the distress of hearing that noise.

Let's be honest, nuclear warfare sirens were less alarming

It has scared the life out of me a few times.

The rear view mirror irritates me, just always seems to be in the way!

Lol I'm so glad to read this.
Picked up my MC yesterday and took it out last night - yes the buzzer had me almost headbutting the roof as soon as I turned off the ignition!

I wonder if we could disable this buzzer with NCS bmw tool? Probably you need to change some settings and write to the right module (inst. cluster?)...
