    Golf Day

Sounding like a great excuse for a round of golf at Longniddry, I play there quite a bit, it is in fact my favourite course ever, and I have played 117 courses so far!

          Hi Guys
Just joined this forum in Feb2014, but have been lurking for years.
Finally got myself round to getting a little ZM Coupe, so that's another
          1 in Central Scotland.
2000 W reg Estoril Blue/ with All Black Leather.
Keep me posted if a meet up gets organised.

          Cheers Al

Might be spending a chunk of the Summer in the Elgin area - nothing definite yet so please keep any details of any meets 'public' on here. Cheers!

              Place first

How about agreeing on a place to meet ?

We can then agree a date thereafter.

              My suggestion:
              Harbour Cafe, Loch Venachar
              A821
              Callander, Stirling FK17 8HP

Nice loop road : B824fromM9J11 to Doune, B8302thenA81 to Callander, (optional very small bypass road via CallanderHolidayPark), A821 to Cafe, A821 to Aberfoyle over Duke's Pass, A81 then A873 back to M8.

                Spring is here

No problem with that idea. Or how about a little further out at tyndrum? The road to dalmally is my choice for best driving road ever.

More challenging. How about this Sunday? Can make call on Saturday if weather forecast ok. Great road but in the wet. Maybe not

I will bring along my estoril s50

Cant do this Sunday, otherwise I could have brought along my
                  estoril blue S50 too. :-)

I'd be interested. I'm based in the West End of Glasgow most of the time. But my M Coupe is in Northern Ireland just now.

                      Earliest date?

We know roughly where we can go

What is the earliest date anyone can do?

Let's keep it simple and only sat or sun.

If we get 4 let's go for it

                        Falkirk Wheel

Any of you keen to meet at the above location? It would appear to be the most central spot for all, and save a long distance drive for a few of us?
                        Date? early May, 4th?

4th sounds good. Cafe opens at 10am. Breakfast?

for those not familiar with the rouds i originally ,entioned, some of thm are very slow roads but they do avoid the frustrating calander road.

                            destination/meeting point

                            Fatcat,
see my suggestion heading of the Falkirk wheel, a very central midpoint for all I think, and a half decent bar/lunch spot? I think you are still assuming the Callendar run is the option?

                              4th will work for me.

                              Can be flexible on time.

                              Up for the callendar run
