I've had her about three months now.
88K Miles and in generally good condition but with a few jobs to do and a few scratches on the paintwork here and there. I looked at several cars varying by about 10K in price, the market seemed a bit all over the place. I also considered hunting down an S54, but it would have been a rough one and in all honestly I don't feel at all short changed. I like the cable throttle, Black M Power cam cover/engine bay and the fact there is no TC to nanny. I was really pleased to get my preferred Estoril Blue with the blue/black leather and with the speaker pods on the roof, sunroof etc. Classic spec for me. Quite like having the Damon Hill Plates and stickers still intact. Stacks of service history and work from BMW dealers right up to 2016 from new. New short block under warranty at 62K miles, at this stage I take that as a good thing really. Jobs Done So Far:

The engine bay looks good, there is a rubber strip laying on the radiator which should be fixed to form an air seal but is out of position - just needs repositioning

Ah Hawkeye, thanks, I think I forgot to put that back after having the fan cowling out for changing the viscous fan clutch.

Anyone recalls torque values for the belt tensioners? Checked but could not easily find this in TIS.

Good to see another car being looked after.
How do you find the 4 New Michelin Pilot Sport Tyres, I've always run Pilot sports on my M's and had a set of super sports on one of my last E46. This current car has some Uniroyal rain sports on the front and some cheap ditch finders on the rear, so not sure if to pop some matching Uniroyal's on the rear, or to bite the bullet and buy a set of Pilot Sports. Any thoughts from a fellow Z3M owner would be appreciated.
