Rears stock should be fine. That's what I'm going for right now. Only issue might be brake bias...

The backup plan is: boxster/carrera rear calipers + stock disc or e46 m3 discs.

Anyone got any tips for a rear caliper / disc upgrade?

Not sure on the fitment but E46 M3 rear calipers uses a larger pad, unsure of the disc dia though.

you can fit several BMW rear discs including the E46 M3 328mm with adapters and Porsche Bremmbo calipers also AP do a caliper upgrade but this uses the standard MC disc

Dave p, there is a chance of getting the dimensions of holes? I have the opportunity to exercise their own

So I have these babies fitted and they do feel nice. They're E31 4 piston brembos + ebc bluestuff ndx + std. e46 m3 discs.

Haven't done some extensive testing but so far, so good. Pedal feel is good, travel isn't bigger than before (which I was worried about), and deceleration is subjectively better. Brake bias also doesn't seem to be an issue, at least the rear doesn't get light on braking. Quite pleased.

brackets are on car so not easy to get any measurements.

                              I have Pagid Blues fitted
