Thanks to Rob (M3 LUN) I'm now rolling on CSL's or CS's. Either way a great improvement in both looks and feel.

It looks a bit high because of the shadow on the wheel arch, that picture makes it look worse than it is. Although it was always somethng I thought when I'd seen others with CSL's on.
I'm sure it will happen in the near future though, you have to take you're time over these things or else there'd be nothing to look forward to.Shunt

Top Pup shall we stick to this one............
Much less tramlining, the old wheels were terrible on my morning trip to work exiting the M6 onto the M62 (Warrington), I've not been on that route yet but from limited miles today I'd guess things will be much better. It feels much more planted than before.
I'm on CS wheels front, I was told the rears are the same as CSL's but as you say the fronts are 1/2 a J narrower.
A great mod, they should have left the factory this way.

sums it up doesn't it? You know it shouldn't drive as nice, and every experience I've had with fitting bigger wheels to cars results in more tramlining, and yet on it makes the Z4MC it makes it better. I bet you can see what I mean when I say that I think the Z4MC was set up for these wheels or something similar now.

What size tyres are you running, mine are 225/40 @ front 255/40 @ the rear. As they came second hand I didn't have the option but I'd have gone for something a little bigger and lower profile.
BMW fitted them for the guy I bought them off, so maybe they wouldn't fit larger than stock, or maybe they knew it would work better this way...........Shunt
