Good reminder, just did a quick solidworks drawing. I'll countercheck the measurements when I got the right excentric bolts and create a .pdf file which will contain all nessecary measurements.

Before you fit these brackets, make sure that you get some geometry readings so that you know how to cut the holes in your existing trailing arm brackets, so that you can get the adjustable brackets located and welded in place to give you your optimum settings.
The photo below shows the way that I have set up these brackets on my MC. The inner brackets adjust camber and the outer ones adjust toe.
