  • Suspension for fast road

Planning to re-fresh my suspension at some point.

Good news is that many bushes have been replaced in recent times and the car feels quite tight.

I would like to renew the suspension at some stage but whilst retaining stock ride height just because I want the car to remain usable.

I want better handling but with a good ride and good damping, definitely not over firm.

Was thinking about coilovers, but perhaps the following would be good:
    • Koni Yellow Sport Shocks front and rear
    • Standard Springs
    • H&R Anti Roll Bars

Also considered H&R Street Performance Coilovers....

Thoughts? Want to maintain comfort and ride height....

I would recommend Bilstein B6 "Sport" dampers or B8 sprint. Both will work with standard springs (strictly speaking the B8 is for lowered springs, but there is enough length on them to work with stock IMO).

With anti-roll bars you will notice a huge difference.

I went for b6 with standard springs. They are perfect for fast road.

I also opted for B6 on standard springs.

          I can recommend KW V3.

Fully adjustable for ride height, bump and rebound so you can dial in exactly what you want.

The stock car sits very high so you can lower it and get a much better ride and look without compromise of use over speed humps etc. I've never had an issue with that and mine is much lower than stock.

All stainless construction is nice too for all year round use.

I think they're pretty good value for money considering what you get.

H&R anti-roll bars compliment them nicely.
