    The window seal stays in place, the rear quarter slides out from underneath it.
    The most time consuming bit is removing boot trim to locate bolts holding the quarters.

                                Wow, that's really helpful - and looking great!
                                This is pretty much the job I want to do. I've had the sill and front side panel off, and the trim to do the rear mount.
                                One question - does the black inside window trim have to come right off to access the wing bolts? I've had it off enough to remove the carpet for the top mount, but I gather removing it entirely needs seatbelts etc. to come out. Can I get the wing off with the front of this trim still attached?
