First 7h of work, and visible progress! Sorry for the bad pics, I was working alone without motorlift, so I was quite exhausted and shaky while making photos....

Sump was reduced a little bit by cutting and welding.
I don't already know if the bonnet will close.... but it might work.
If not, maybe I can use an airbox which is flatter but wider, so that the airbox volume stays the same.
I also thought of open funnels, but the german TÜV won't like this

Other option is to make the mid of the bonnet a little bit higher.

Gearbox is also in now, just need to finish the bracket:
