It was supposedly done but the inspection II was an unbelievably low price. So I have my suspicions...

I must be mad. The OH has gone and bought herself a Dakar roadster.

Thought I might post the work ongoing up here as its essentially the same (albeit ours are way cooler ;) )

I can't really hear it much over the exhaust as it's so loud. It has made the car more "throaty". I can't really feel any performance increase but overall I'm happy with it.

Would I buy again? Not sure yet.

I took one off it when I had it
Nice bit of kit actually, seems a quality piece and well made from what I saw of it, but just not my kind of thing

Preferred the standard sound and feeling (and the under bonnet look too!)

i have just fitted a new k and n to my dave f induction kit as the old one was black with dirt .the new one was bigger and i removed the mesh infront of the maf sensor,i have a de cat exhaust and it is throaty but i can hear a difference under the bonnet,i also fitted a bell mouh and hose from brake air duct to feed more cold air to filter.as for performance i cant really tell any difference but it looks and sounds better.

Imran never owned this car, although did work on it with a remap and rolling road session.

M4HNY plate was someone else, the guy who owned it before me.
Hi Rags do you know why it was declared cat D in 2004 ? I am considering buying the car mentioned. It has since been re painted laguna seca blue and s54 swapped.

                              Thanks

Is this car that was painted Laguna seca and now an S54?

Best ask Imran or M44HNY on here but believe it was light panel damage but nothing too bad.
