Default engine oil thermometer

looking at my owners handbook for my 1999 S50 this is what it says
regarding oil temp,

"In normal operation the engine oil temperature lies between 80 degrees
and 120 degrees. If you adopt a very enthusiastic driving style do not exceed the maximum setting of 130 degrees.
Until the oil temperature reaches 60 degrees the engine must never exceed a speed of 4,000 rpm.

looking at the temperature gauge 60 degrees looks like the first mark after 50 degrees.

Hahaha!!!

I noticed in the manual it said 60, think I'll stick to 90 though.

If the first marker is 60 then could the second be 80?

I always thought it went, 50, 80, 90, 100

It seems to take a while from 50 to the 1st marker anyway.

Personally I stay below 3k until 80 or what i think is 80 and then slowly increase the revs until it's at least 90 until I rev it high or drive hard.
