Can't go wrong with £900 for that, it will probably pay for itself selling bits like engine, gearbox (which is the same as the Coupe btw, with the exception the Z3M has a different lever/shortshift), wheels etc

Nice work, its always good to see some one restoring a coupe instead of just scraping them for parts.

Looks like a tricky job so £1000 doesnt sound to bad IMO

                      bit of powder coating done

had a bit of powder coating done today

had the shocks grit blasted as they couldnt coat them , i will paint them weekend

had front roll bar , front springs , under strut brace done in battleship grey

and had engine bed , roll bar clamps , suspension cups in black

fitted the bed tonight with the new engine mount so the engine sitting straight and not on a block of wood now .

                          Transit123,

Thanks for posting all the photos. It's been very interesting to see how you've gone about this repair and good to see it progressing well.

spent , a few hours mucking about today ,

after having shocks grit blasted , i red oxide primered them and gloss blacked them

                            fitted roll bar

stone chipped the chassis legs and arches grey not black like many do

Looks good, not many people about these days that could do a job like that is there.

When you think it'll be ready for the road?
