Well over two years now and it's still not shifted. As Dave said earlier, has anyone been to see it? Its a long way to go just for a look see!!! Unless you were over there on business or passing whilst on motoring holiday you just wouldn't bother.

Unfortunately or fortunately a little lotus I have been chasing became available so my z3m purchase will have to wait ;-(

Have you got a link to the grey one?

That one was sold ages ago. S54's don't hang around (unless they're RHD in a LHD country )

Is Target still not willing to bargain?
The car is exactly what I'm searching for (Yellow/Black) but 17.500 is insane...
Target once wanted about 13.000, thats what I would be content to pay.

              Motor also seems nearly done

                There's a house where I live it's £250k
It was £50 k years ago which is what I'd be content to pay
Wonder what he seller will say. Lol

That said Target dont have a good rep.

Motor nearly done ? How do you work that out ?

I've never seen this car no do I have any affiliation to target
But it's always the same new buyers want cars for nowt
Then they come to sell and the same Car is worth top dollar

                  Great post
I own a very collectable Z3M and know about the worth of the S54 Coupés, so you really don't have to take me for a fool.

But the point is that the car wasn't sold for years now, not at 13, not at 15, not at 17, not at 20....

Why I think the engine is done? Well, there's a video which gives me an impression, and cause I had three S54 engines already, I'm pretty sure the noise is absolutely not normal!

Nobody's taking you for a fool
But prices have risen over the last few years
Cars that were struggling to get £10k
                    Are selling well at £13k

Maybe target are trying the Hexagon route
Think of a number and double it some one will believe its worth that
The other way to look at it is most buyers (except forum members)
Won't know what it was up for 3 yr ago

Didn't know there was a video so I stand corrected on that

Target haven't got a very good reputation so I wouldn't buy there any how
Still can't Sussex why a foreign garage sell RHD sports cars ??

I think target only sells the RHD because they are "cheap".
But I wonder if the target owner is an enthusiast himself?! Otherwise I don't understand why he buys so many cars and isn't really interested in selling them...

Possibly taking into account the exchange rate? Always find with target that if you translate the EUR price into GBP it's considerably less than the figure they advertise at.

i called him about this car a year ago. wanted the run down and advised I was willing to travel for it if required. It was priced ok if it was 50 miles up the road and regularly driven. but it hadn't turned a wheel in 3+ years at that point and would have needed a recommission (tyres, service, brakes and various rubber bits and bushes etc). Plus it was in another country! fuel and channel crossing etc.

His reply in no uncertain terms was that the prices were due to rocket (he was bang on about that) and he wasnt going to move a £1 lower. Best bit is he then (next day) put the price of the car up by about £3000!
