  • Frankenstein Wheel proposal - rondell 0021

    Hi all,

This may sound a bit far fetched but am going to put it out there and see if anyone is interested.

I have recently purchased a set of Rondel 0021 for an e39 and unfortunately, they do not fit my car as i have upgraded calipers. I need a 20 mm spacer on the front for clearance.

I have the wheels up for sale on here atm but have had an idea that may benefit other owners on here. which mean i can actually keep them.

there is currently a set for sale that i may purchase (wheel size 8x18 et40)

If i go ahead, I will have a set of rondell 0021 available with fronts at 8x18 et40 and rears 8.5x18 et18

What i am proposing is that i will get all 8 wheels refurbed to original colour (or to whatever colour someone would want) and basically have a new set of wheels available.

If someone is interested i will pull the trigger and get the process rolling.

I would be looking around £800 which imo is pretty cheap considering they will be like new.

Does this seem like a good idea?

Sean's old coupe - unless Jess has changed the wheel specs the offsets are here

ended up getting another set and merging the 2 :)

                  finished in shadow chrome.
