Fairly certain they aren't from Mr Vanos. The bloke who sells these lives in a different part of the country, and has a different name.

They seem ok though, had them fitted to my Vanos.

I've got the MC in for an Inspection 1 next weekend and want to get the Vanos inspected while it's in (I've no documentation to say that it's been fitted with the upgraded bolts and seals)

Do I just need the 'E36 M3 Evo / Z3M S50 B32 Seal Kit' and the 'Vanos Filter & Gasket Ring' from Mr Vanos or should I be looking to get anything further?

thats all i fitted to mine , but i bought mine from bmw so im guessing mine are not uprated , its only a couple of hours work to do it yourself . Made jack shit diffference to mine , even including oil, filter and plugs , but the o rings were visilbly worn , prevention is better than cure before someone else says it !

Ordered these items with Mr Vanos last Friday but so far no sign of them and no answer on his phone The MC goes in for an Inspection 1 at weekend so fingers crossed they turn up tomorrow.

The VANOS parts I ordered did arrive in time and the MC has been at my local indy this week. They phoned to tell me that the car was ready for collection and mentioned that replacing the seals and bolts had been a very wise move, with 2 of the seals that were replaced looking well passed their best. Another worry off my list thanks to the advice on this excellent forum. Thanks folks

Seal kit and filter and gasket, Dave. Came in at around £67 if my memory serves me well.
