  • 10 years on this forum

I've just noticed that I've been a member on here for 10 years now.

It's been great to participate on this forum for all this time and to have met quite a number of fellow members and MC enthusiasts in that time.

            Cheers!

Joined over 9 years ago but not very active on here I'm afraid. The ZMC is my wife's and she has kept it totally standard and won't let me do anything to it at all! Even after more than 13 years with the car it still gives us a thrill every time we drive it.
It was an impulse buy in 2000. I was looking for an M3 convertible for my wife when I spotted the 3 month old Dakar yellow ZMC among all the grey beamers at our local main agents. A test drive converted me. Surely the best steering on any BMW? Perfect ladies car with the looks and colour but true fun for the husband.

Just over 6 years for me: bought an S54 for a brief spell (!) but now can't bear to sell, despite pressure from the wife who points out we can't afford a decent heating system in the house because of it!
