  • Accessing airbag module

I need to access my airbag control module and i am aware of its location, just want to know how to remove the leather trim either side of the centre console? A assume it is just clipped into place but i want to avoid marking them or breaking anything off. Any tips or advice for accessing the module or removal of trim(s)?

    much appreciated in advance!

The leather boomerangs are screwed in place from inside the console so you cant remove them unless the console is first removed?

Thanks, are the boomerang screws accessible through the shift gaitor?

Sorry big picture, the sensor is right at the back so I think the console needs to be removed as you cant get access to the screws from the gearshift ( I think?)
