The prices being asked for the standard fit Radio cassette have gone crazy they used to be about £50-75 for a good clean one with code but now people are asking £150 +

    Interesting, but somehow not surprising.

I have to say I love the purity of design, the buttons and display are nice and simple and fit in well with the rest of the interior.

When I had my Audi Quattro everyone wanted to re fit a Blaupunkt SQR 46. I settled for a near period Alpine unit.

Look at this one Dave, it's a snip!

The diodes in my display are starting to die. Are they repairable or do I need to buy a new one?

It's amazing to see people trying to make cassettes a thing again, with limited edition special releases etc.

I'm waiting for reel to reel before I invest though

I purchased a code off eBay but didn’t work for my MC.

Been without radio for about 9 months now.
